Fall is the Smokies at their most photographed. The ridges turn red, orange and gold, the evenings turn crisp, and the fire pit and fireplaces earn their keep. It is also the most popular wedding season in the mountains, so it pays to book early.

Book Early
October weekends are the busiest wedding dates in the Smokies, for us and for photographers, florists and officiants. If you have a date in mind, check availability first, then book your vendors.
Thanksgiving Weekend
Thanksgiving is priced individually and needs a longer minimum stay. It can be a wonderful time to marry with the whole family already gathering; ask us about dates.
What Every Wedding Stay Includes
The whole lodge is $5,400 for a three-night weekday stay or $6,000 over a weekend, plus tax and fees, with no event fee. Summer (June 1 through August 31) and holidays are $2,500 a night or more, and Thanksgiving and Christmas carry a longer minimum stay.
