If you have a mood board, a color story, and a shortlist of vendors you already adore — this is your runway. Bring your caterer, your florist, your DJ, your photographer. The estate is yours to interpret.
DIY couples handle setup, coordination, and cleanup themselves. Weddings on this path often come in around $9K all-in for 50 guests at our off-peak rate.
Path Two
With Your Own Team
You've already found your dream vendors — and hired the coordinator who will run your day. Bring the team you chose. The estate opens its doors; they carry the weekend.
Vendors arrange their own lodging if needed — the 56 beds here are for your wedding party, not for staff. Typical investment $15K–$30K, depending on your vendors and design.

For the Beautifully Overwhelmed
If the idea of orchestrating every detail sounds less like freedom and more like a second job, we understand completely. Our curated list of preferred wedding coordinators and local vendors exists precisely for this.
You contract and coordinate with them directly — we simply connect you to pros who know this estate intimately. Typical investment $20K–$40K.

Transparent Pricing
Investment Starts at $1,800 Per Night
Rental rates vary by season and the length of your stay. Wedding weekends include a three-night minimum — Friday check-in for arrival and setup, Saturday for the wedding, Sunday for farewell brunch and recovery, with a Monday morning check-out. $3,000 deposit secures your date; remainder due 90 days before check-in. Event fee: $0.
