Getting Your Marriage License in Sevierville
The Sevier County Clerk's office is located in downtown Sevierville, about 15 minutes from our lodge. Tennessee makes it easy for couples — no blood test, no waiting period, and no residency requirement. Both partners must appear in person with valid government-issued photo ID. The license costs approximately $100 and is valid for 30 days.
