Can 50 guests all stay at the lodge?

Our lodge accommodates up to 56 overnight guests. For groups of exactly 50, most or all can stay on-site depending on sleeping arrangements. Any overflow guests can be accommodated at nearby cabins or hotels in Sevierville (10 minutes away).

Is there enough space for a 50-person reception with dancing?

Yes. Our great room comfortably accommodates seated dinner and dancing for up to 60 guests. The space features cathedral ceilings, which make even a full room feel spacious and open.

How do you handle overflow lodging for larger groups?

We can recommend neighboring cabin rentals and Sevierville hotels for any guests beyond our 56-person capacity. Many are within 10 minutes of the lodge, and we're happy to share our recommendations when you book.
