The great room fills with energy during the reception, the chapel seats everyone comfortably for the ceremony, and with 9 suites sleeping up to 56 guests, most or all of your guest list can stay on-site.

Ceremony Space for 30–50 Guests

Both our indoor chapel and outdoor ceremony space comfortably accommodate 30–50 guests with room to spare. This size feels substantial in the chapel without feeling crowded, and creates a beautiful visual in the outdoor space with mountain views framing your guests.

Reception Layout Ideas

A 30–50 person reception gives you flexibility in how you use the great room. Here are popular layouts our couples choose:

• ✦Round tables (6–8 per table) with a central dance floor
• ✦Mix of round tables and one long head table for the wedding party
• ✦U-shaped banquet seating for a family-style dinner
• ✦Cocktail-style with high-tops, lounge areas, and food stations
• ✦Seated dinner with a separate lounge area for after-dinner drinks

Accommodating Day-of Guests

If your guest list exceeds our 56-person overnight capacity, no problem. Many couples host 40–50 guests for the ceremony and reception, with the closest friends and family (up to 56) staying overnight at the lodge. Day-of guests can park on-site and enjoy the full celebration, then head to nearby accommodations in Sevierville or Pigeon Forge.
